1. Introduction

This privacy policy is intended to explain how and why KAZZINO MOZZART DOO Skopje (hereinafter: "Company") processes your personal data and the measures undertaken to keep your data safe and secure. The processing of personal data is performed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 42/2020)

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the client hereby agrees to use their personal data in accordance with the terms set forth in this policy.

3. Legal basis for processing

Personal data are processed only when there is a legal basis for it: legal obligation, contractual obligations, consent by the users, protection of the users’ life interests, legitimate interest of the Company and meeting  the legally prescribed obligations.

The legitimate interest of the Company is as follows: prevention of fraud, direct marketing, protection of the people, the business activities and the assets of the company.

4. When we collect your data

Your personal information is collected when:

      4.1. Using the website

The company collects data from visitors to mk.mozzart.org to better understand the needs of users and improve its products and services. For these purposes, the following information is collected:

  1. Time and date of the site visit,
  2. Pages viewed by the visitor,
  3. Type and version of the browser,
  4. The IP address of the visitor's computer.

We use cookies to provide you with full functionality and quality content. Cookies are small text files set on the visitor's computer to monitor the use of certain pages. If cookies are disabled from the user's computer, the user can still use the site, but the functionality of the service will be partially limited. For more information, see the Cookie Policy.

      4.2 Applying for a job

If you are applying for a job at MozartBiz's website, using the online form, you enter the following information:

  • General information (name, surname, mobile phone number, e-mail address, photo)
  • Address data (city)
  • Education data (vocational training, name of educational institution where the highest qualification was obtained, direction and location of the school)
  • Work experience data (beginning and end, company’s name and position, job description and responsibilities), biography (CV).

The data regarding the person who completed form are processed based on your consent and exclusively for the selection and employment of the candidate. Your data is necessary to make contact with you and to conduct the selection procedure for a specific position.       4.3. Communication with clients:

The Company provides customer support by email. The user can contact us by filling out an online form on the Mozart Business website.

In order to fill in the online form, you need to specify your name and email address. The data collected in this way is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing customer support.

5. Transfer of personal data:

The Company may transfer personal data of clients to other recipients only on the basis of a legal obligation and to comply with regulatory requirements, i.e. a justified request by an authorized public body, or in case of making, pressing or defending legal claims. If necessary, personal data is transferred to reliable business partners (processors) to enable the maintenance of the information system, payment systems, customer requirements or similar business needs with mandatory safety measures that are regulated and defined under special agreements.

Your personal information may be disclosed to the following third parties: service providers, developers, business partners, credit agencies, banks, lawyers, advisors, institutions dealing with money laundering and terrorist financing, courts, regulators, institutions for protection of minors, institutions for addictive diseases, police, sports associations and marketing agencies.

6. Where personal data is stored

Your personal data is stored on servers located on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia. If we transfer the data we collect from you to one of the recipients (as stated in Chapter 5), those recipients will store your data. We strive to ensure that your personal data is treated in accordance with this policy and that the recipients of the data have the same or similar organizational, technical and staff measures as we do. Some of the recipients of the data which we share your personal data with, may have servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In case of data transfer outside the EEA, if necessary, additional steps will be taken in accordance with the applicable personal data regulations.

7. Storage period

The consent to the processing of your personal data may be withdrawn at any time, which leads to the termination of the further processing of your data and their deletion. If we process your data on the basis of legitimate interest, we will process it until you object to such processing.

The personal data of the candidate who will successfully pass the selection process and become our employee, will be processed in accordance with the records in the field of employment. If the candidate does not pass the selection process, his/her personal data is stored for one year.

8. Access rights and information

Depending on the type and legal basis for the processing, you can exercise the following rights regarding the processing of personal data:

  • Access to your personal data
  • Correction of your personal data
  • Deleting your personal information
  • Portability of your personal data
  • Restricting the processing of your personal data and
  • Right to object,

9. Security of personal data

KAZZINO MOZZART DOO Skople protects personal data with appropriate measures of organizational, technical and legal protection. In setting these safety measures, we always take into account the amount, type and sensitivity of the data, as well as other circumstances that affect the assessment of possible risks to the protection of your rights to liberty. 

We demand the same level of responsibility and security from our business partners (processors).

10. Complaints

For any questions, requests, complaints and objections regarding the protection and processing of personal data, you can contact our service in one of the following ways:

We have also appointed a Personal Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via e-mail at zastita.podatoci@mozzartbet.mk. The Data Protection Officer is responsible for overseeing the legality of personal data processing, the care for the protection of the rights and freedoms of users (and other persons whose data are processed) and advises those responsible employees for best practices in the field of personal data protection. 

Any received request will be resolved as soon as possible and no later than 15 days from its receipt. When contacting and making enquiries, we will make reasonable efforts to identify your identity and prevent any unauthorized processing of your personal data.

If you believe that your data has been processed illegally, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Directorate.
